Emily Thomas

Emily Thomas has been the woodwind repair technician for Forte Music since 2020. Emily graduated from Cory-Rawson High School in 2001. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education and Performance from Bowling Green State Univeristy in 2006 and a Master’s Degree in Performance from Michigan State University in 2008. Emily Served 10 years in the US Army and 338th Army Reserve Band. She has played clarinet and bass clarinet with the Lima Symphony Orchestra. Emily has been a repair technician/woodwind specialist since 2001! In 2016, she completed the Straubinger Flute training and is a certified Straubinger pad technician. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and her dog Cadence, kayking, baking cookies, and playing handbells.
